Designed in the shape of a teardrop to symbolize a loss, the lapel pin shows a rose inside that symbolizes love that lasts forever. The inscription on the front of the sympathy card reads: "This is a teardrop to be worn in memory of someone loved. The rose is a symbol of love that never ends. I Corinthians 13: 8, 13"

This pewter lapel pin is also available without the sympathy card, in a beautiful gift box. It includes a small card with the story of the Memorial Tear® .
