Add/Change Personal Gift Card

Did you forget to include your gift card personalization? Or do you need to change or correct one already submitted? You have several options if you act quickly as we do expedite all orders.

1. Use this form to submit your card personalization; or

2. Email us with the information to cs@rfgifts.com. Be sure to put "GIFT CARD" in the subject line; or

3. Phone the information to 903-445-0915.

You may want to contact us to be sure your order has not already shipped. Although we will make every effort to include your personalized card, we can not guarantee it will be sent if your order has already been processed and shipped.

However, our shopping cart requires that information be entered BEFORE clicking on the "Add to Cart" buttons. Otherwise, you can use this form or contact us immediately by phone or email to add your personal gift card.

We make every effort to be sure to include your gift card with your order. However, we are not liable for orders that ship without this information. We simply offer this means as an additional step to try to ensure that your personal condolences can be included with your order. If your order has shipped prior to our receipt of this information, your personal gift card will not be sent.

Purchase of a gift is required for this service, but there is no additional charge for the personalized gift card.
